Trata-se de pedido de reconsideração da classificação indicativa da obra "Nauel e o Livro Mágico", com fulcro no art. 60 da Portaria MJSP n° 502 de 23 de novembro de 2021. In verbis: Art. 61. (NR) Após submeter o pedido de revisão à área técnica responsável, restou exarada a NOTA TÉCNICA Nº 101/2023/CPCIND/SENAJUS/MJ (26550081), na qual restaram pormenorizadas as razões e fundamentos de ordem técnica que respaldaram a manutenção da classificação indicativa atribuída à obra para "não recomendada para menores de 10 (dez) anos". Dessa forma, acolho integralmente o teor do documento, para manter a classificação inicial atribuída à obra por apresentar conteúdo de violência e drogas lícitas.
