In verbis: Art. 61. Mantendo-se a decisão inicial de indeferimento, o processo seguirá para a autoridade imediatamente superior, em via recursal, para decisão. § 1º O Secretário Nacional de Justiça decidirá no prazo de trinta dias, em consonância com o § 1º e caput do art. 59 da Lei nº 9.784, de 1999. § 2º Excepcionalmente, o Secretário Nacional de Justiça poderá, a pedido do interessado, conceder efeito suspensivo ao recurso, se verificados os requisitos previstos no parágrafo único do art. 61 da Lei nº 9.784, de 1999. § 3º O recurso não será conhecido quando interposto fora do prazo, perante órgão incompetente, por quem não seja legitimado ou após exaurida a esfera administrativa, em consonância com o art. 63 da Lei nº 9.784, de 1999. § 4º Da decisão do Secretário Nacional de Justiça não caberá recurso, nos termos autorizados pelo art. 57 da Lei nº 9.784, de 1999". (NR) Após submeter o pedido de revisão à área técnica responsável, restou exarado o DESPACHO Nº 81/2024/CPCIND/SENAJUS (27406893) no qual restaram pormenorizadas as razões e fundamentos de ordem técnica que respaldaram a manutenção da classificação indicativa atribuída à obra para "não recomendada para menores de 16 (dezesseis) anos". Dessa forma, acolho integralmente o teor do documento, para manter a classificação inicial atribuída à obra por apresentar cenas com "nudez, conteúdo sexual e linguagem imprópria".
