Observou-se que o indicador de volume das importações brasileiras da origem investigada oscilou ao longo do período investigado. Houve diminuição de 6,6% de P1 a P2 e aumento de 117,2% de P2 a P3. Nos períodos subsequentes, houve redução de 22,1% de P3 a P4, e, considerando o intervalo de P4 a P5, houve crescimento de 47,4%. Ao se considerar todo o período de análise, o indicador de volume das importações brasileiras da origem investigada revelou variação positiva de 133,1% em P5, comparativamente a P1. Já o valor CIF dessas importações aumentou cerca de 174,9% em se considerando todo o período de análise (P1 a P5). 481. O preço médio ponderado (CIF US$/t) das importações brasileiras de origem da origem investigada diminuiu 8,4% de P1 a P2, mas aumentou 36,9% de P2 a P3. Nos períodos subsequentes, houve aumento de 31,6% de P3 a P4 e diminuição de 28,6% de P4 a P5. Ao se considerar todo o período de análise, o preço médio ponderado (CIF US$/t) das importações brasileiras de origem da origem investigada revelou variação positiva de 17,9% em P5, comparativamente a P1. 482. Com relação à variação do volume das importações brasileiras das demais origens ao longo do período em análise, também se observou oscilação ao longo do período. Houve redução de 20,3% de P1 a P2, mas aumento de 25,8% de P2 a P3. De P3 a P4, houve diminuição de 13,8%, e de P4 a P5, o indicador teve elevação de 45,9%. Ao se considerar toda a série analisada, o indicador de volume das importações brasileiras das demais origens apresentou expansão de 26,1%, considerado P5 em relação ao início do período avaliado (P1). Já o valor CIF das importações dessas origens aumentou cerca de 57,4% em se considerando todo o período de análise (P1 para P5). 483. O preço médio ponderado (CIF US$/t) das importações brasileiras das demais origens diminuiu 2,0% de P1 a P2, mas aumentou 27,4% de P2 a P3. Nos períodos subsequentes, houve aumento de 30,3% de P3 a P4 e diminuição de 23,3% de P4 a P5. Ao se considerar todo o período de análise, o preço médio ponderado (CIF US$/t) das importações brasileiras de origem da origem investigada revelou variação positiva de 24,8% em P5, comparativamente a P1. 484. Assim, ao se avaliar todo o período de análise, o volume total das importações brasileiras aumentou cerca de 113,0%, enquanto o valor CIF total dessas importações aumentou cerca 146,1% em P5, comparativamente a P1. 485. Muito embora as importações das origens investigadas tenham sido preponderantes ao longo de todo o período de análise de ano, cumpre salientar que em P1 tais importações equivaliam a 81,2% do total importado pelo Brasil de laminados planos revestidos, ao passo que em P5 sua representatividade alcançou 88,9%. 486. Por fim, observou-se que o preço CIF médio ponderado das importações brasileiras da origem investigada foi relevantemente inferior ao preço CIF médio ponderado das importações brasileiras das demais origens em todo o período. 5.2. Do mercado brasileiro, do consumo nacional aparente (CNA) e da evolução das importações 487. Para dimensionar o mercado brasileiro de laminados planos revestidos foram consideradas as quantidades vendidas de fabricação própria no mercado interno pela indústria doméstica, líquidas de devoluções, reportadas pelas peticionárias, e as quantidades importadas apuradas com base nos dados de importação fornecidos pela RFB, apresentadas no item anterior. 488. Já para dimensionar o CNA dos laminados planos revestidos, foram consideradas além das quantidades vendidas no mercado interno reportadas pela indústria doméstica, líquidas de devoluções, e as quantidades importadas totais, apuradas com base nos dados de importação fornecidos pela RFB, o consumo cativo também reportado pela indústria doméstica.
