V - propor, promover, acompanhar a execução e avaliar acordos e convênios
em matéria de cooperação em atividades educacionais com órgãos e entidades,
nacionais e internacionais.
CAPÍTULO V
DAS ATRIBUIÇÕES DOS DIRIGENTES
Seção I
Do Presidente
Art. 14. Ao Presidente do JBRJ incumbe:
I - planejar, dirigir, coordenar, controlar, orientar, acompanhar e avaliar as
atividades do JBRJ;
II - firmar e rescindir contratos, convênios, acordos e ajustes e ordenar despesas;
III - editar atos normativos e zelar pelo seu fiel cumprimento; e
IV - ratificar os atos de dispensa ou de declaração de inexigibilidade das
licitações, nas hipóteses previstas em lei.
Seção II
Dos demais dirigentes
Art. 15. Aos Diretores, ao Chefe de Gabinete, ao Procurador-Chefe, ao
Auditor-Chefe, ao Chefe de Assessoria e aos demais dirigentes incumbe planejar, dirigir,
coordenar, orientar, acompanhar e avaliar a execução das atividades das suas unidades
e exercer outras atribuições que lhes forem cometidas pelo Presidente do JBR J.
