PAUTA DE JULGAMENTOS
Período da Reunião de 11 a 13/04/2023.
Pauta ordinária de julgamento dos recursos das sessões presenciais a serem
realizadas nas datas a seguir mencionadas no Setor Comercial Sul, Quadra 01, Bloco J,
Edifício Alvorada, Brasília, Distrito Federal.
O B S E R V AÇÕ ES :
1) O prazo regimental para os pedidos de retirada de pauta é de até 5 (cinco)
dias anteriores ao início da reunião, independentemente do dia da sessão em que o
processo tenha sido agendado;
2) Solicitação de sustentação oral poderá ser encaminhada por meio de
formulário eletrônico, disponibilizado na Carta de Serviços no sítio do CARF na internet, em
até 2 (dois) dias úteis antes do início da reunião mensal de julgamento da turma,
independentemente do dia da sessão em que o processo tenha sido agendado, observadas
as orientações na Carta de Serviços no sítio do CARF; e
3) O julgamento do(s) processo(s) constante(s) na tabela abaixo, coluna "ITEM"
e "PROCESSO", servirá como paradigma para o julgamento do(s) processo(s) constante
do(s) item(ns) na coluna "ITENS REPETITIVOS" da tabela. O resultado do julgamento do
processo em referência será aplicado ao(s) processo(s) repetitivo(s) de que trata a coluna
"ITENS REPETITIVOS" da tabela abaixo, nos termos do § 2º do art. 47 do Anexo II à Portaria
MF 343, de 9 de junho de 2015, que aprovou o Regimento Interno do CARF. É facultado
às partes fazerem sustentação oral quando do julgamento do processo paradigma, nos
termos do § 12 do art. 58 do Anexo II à Portaria acima citada.
