estabelecida pelo §3º do art. 3º da Resolução Normativa nº 01, de 1º de dezembro de
2017, do Conselho Nacional de Imigração, decide pelo indeferimento do presente recurso,
tendo como fundamento o fato de a parte recorrente não afastar, no seu pedido de
reconsideração, o motivo que conduziu ao indeferimento da autorização de residência
laboral, mantendo a decisão recorrida que denegou pedido de autorização de residência ao
imigrante acima citado.
