Critérios Para Distribuição da Cota de Importação 2026
- Lei nº 8.010/1990 e Lei nº 8.032/1990
O Presidente do CNPq, no uso de suas atribuições, e considerando o disposto no
§ 2º do art. 2º da Lei nº 8.010, de 29 de março de 1990, no inciso II do art. 1º da Portaria
Interministerial MCTI e MF nº 977, de 24 de novembro de 2010, e no art. 2º do inciso I,
alínea g da Lei nº 8.032, de 12 de abril de 1990, resolve estabelecer os seguintes critérios:
1) A distribuição da cota global anual de importação para o exercício de 2026 pela Lei nº
8.010, de 1990 dar-se-á mediante o registro da Licença de Importação no Sistema Integrado
de Comércio Exterior - SISCOMEX por entidade ou pesquisador(a) credenciado(a) e posterior
deferimento por parte do CNPq; 2) A distribuição da cota global anual de importação para
o exercício de 2026 pela Lei nº 8.032, de 1990 dar-se-á mediante o registro, pela empresa
credenciada, dos itens de importação constantes no projeto de pesquisa previamente
habilitado pelo CNPq, bem como deferimento, por parte do CNPq, da Licença de
Importação no Sistema Integrado de Comércio Exterior - SISCOMEX; 3) Será respeitado o
limite anual concedido pelo Ministério da Fazenda, de modo a distribuir 95% pela Lei nº
8.010, de 1990 e 5% pela Lei nº 8.032, de 1990, podendo tais percentuais ser redistribuídos
automaticamente em decorrência da demanda; e 4) Deduzir o valor das importações de
pesquisadores(as) (pessoas físicas) diretamente da cota global destinada ao CNPq.
