O DIRETOR-GERAL DO DEPARTAMENTO NACIONAL DE OBRAS CONTRA AS
SECAS, no uso da competência que lhe confere o Art 28, § 5º, da Lei nº 12.787, de 11 de
janeiro de 2013 e entendimento da Nota nº 271/2013/CONJUR-MIN/CGU/AGU, de 17 de
julho de 2013, resolve:
Art. 1º - Fixar, para o exercício de 2025/2026, os valores da tarifa de água (K2)
- parcela correspondente ao rateio das despesas de administração, operação, conservação
e manutenção da infraestrutura de irrigação de uso comum e apoio à produção para o
Projeto Público de Irrigação Jaguaribe-Apodi, sob a responsabilidade deste Departamento,
conforme o "Anexo I - Valor da tarifa d'água, parcela K2 - Plano Operativo de 2025/2026"
e o "Anexo II - Previsão de arrecadação da tarifa K2 do citado Projeto Público de Irrigação
- Plano Operativo de 2025/2026" (2021367).
Art. 2º - Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
