O Diretor da Secretaria-Executiva do Conselho Nacional de Política Fazendária - CONFAZ, com fulcro no art. 5º da Lei Complementar nº 24, de 7 de janeiro de 1975, no uso das atribuições que lhe são conferidas pelo inciso X do art. 5º e pelo parágrafo único do art. 37 do Regimento desse Conselho, declara ratificados os convênios ICMS a seguir identificados, celebrados na 368ª Reunião Extraordinária do CONFAZ, realizada no dia 9 de março de 2023: CONVÊNIO ICMS n° 7/23 - Prorroga as disposições do Convênio ICMS nº 180/21, que autoriza as unidades federadas que menciona a conceder redução na base de cálculo do ICMS incidente nas saídas interestaduais de suínos vivos, nos casos que especifica; CONVÊNIO ICMS n° 8/23 - Revigora e prorroga as disposições do Convênio ICMS nº 171/22, que autoriza as unidades federadas que menciona a reduzir a base de cálculo do ICMS incidente sobre as operações de saída interestaduais realizadas com bezerros; CONVÊNIO ICMS n° 9/23 - Dispõe sobre a adesão do Estado do Acre e altera o Convênio ICMS nº 57/16, que autoriza a concessão de isenção do ICMS no fornecimento de refeições realizado pelo Serviço Social do Comércio - SESC e pelo Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial - SENAC.
