Art. 1º. Fica alterado o Manual de Atribuições de Cargos dos Servidores Municipais em conformidade com Leis Municipal nº 1122/2012, 1485/2018 e 1486/2018, no uso de suas atribuições legais, conferidas pelo exercício de suas funções.

Art. 2º. Os Servidores Efetivos que estiverem desempenhando suas funções como responsável por departamento especifico, serão considerados os cursos pertinentes a função desempenhada no departamento, a partir da data do ato da designação até perdurar a designação, assegurado o direito dos certificados.

Art. 3º. Faz parte deste decreto o Anexo I e III da Lei Municipal nº 1485/2018, contendo todos as informações dos cargos e suas funções dos servidores públicos municipais de Nova Prata do Iguaçu.
